In the app (immediate)
- Open Wangku Wangku, then Settings → Account & sync.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account, sign-in sessions and every copy of your financial records on our server are deleted right away. Data on your phone stays until you uninstall the app or clear its data.
Without the app
Email yogy.prakoso.yogy@gmail.com from the Google or Apple address you signed in with (if you used Apple's "Hide My Email", include the relay address), subject "Delete Wangku Wangku account". We delete the account and all its server data within 30 days and reply when done.
What is deleted
- your Google or Apple account's email, name and profile photo, and Sign in with Apple for this app is revoked;
- all synced financial records;
- the list of phones and sign-in sessions.
We keep no data after deletion.
